Real Estate Frame

Our Real Estate Frame is an ideal solution for advertising in soft ground areas such as lawns, medians, and open fields. Constructed from heavy-duty steel with a sleek black powder-coated finish, this frame is built for strength, durability, and long-term outdoor use. The pointed stake legs allow for quick, hassle-free installation—simply press or drive them directly into the turf.

The frame is designed to hold one double-sided 18" x 24" panel along with an additional 6" x 24" rider. Double-sided coroplast inserts slide easily into place and are secured with clips for a clean, professional display.

We recommend coroplast for its affordability and outdoor performance, but this frame is compatible with a variety of rigid substrates to suit your specific needs.

File Setup

• Accepted File Formats: JPEG, PNG, AI, EPS or PDF (single page only)
• Color Space: CMYK
• Resolution: 150dpi/300dpi for raster images (More than enough for large format)
• Max File Upload Size: 500MB
• Submit artwork built to ordered size
• Do not include crop marks or bleeds

Additional Tips

• Do not submit with Pantones/Spot Colors - Convert to CMYK
• Convert live fonts to outlines
• Use provided design templates when available
